Are you interested in handbell choirs? Ever wanted to learn to ring the bells yourself, or perhaps you did a long time ago and want to get back into handbell music? Then Lilac Community Handbells wants you to join!

Rehearsals are Thursday evenings in north Spokane / Whitworth at:

Whitworth Presbyterian Church
312 W Hawthorne Rd, Spokane, WA 99218

For new ringers, the Open Choir rehearses at 5:30 pm. For experienced ringers, the Advanced Choir starts at 6:30 pm. The two choirs will have a joint rehearsal period where the combined choirs will ring a couple pieces together.

There are generally two concerts per year, a spring/summer and a winter concert.

Handbells are a fun instrument that you collectively play with your fellow ringers, and if you are confident in your ability to read sheet music, it is very easy to learn how to ring.
