Chorale CDA is fiscally healthy and growing, but growth brings new needs. With more singers joining, larger audiences attending, and our profile rising, we’re entering an exciting new chapter that requires increased capacity and support.
Your gift helps us:
Secure performance and rehearsal venues that match the scale and acoustics of our ensemble. We’ve outgrown our current space, both on stage and in the seats, and need room to grow.
Support an expanding chorus by investing in artistic staff, collaborative musicians, and essential administrative infrastructure. As we continue attracting high-level singers, we’re committed to offering meaningful, well-supported music-making.
Elevate our performances by engaging guest instrumentalists, professional collaborators, and commissioning new works. These investments deepen the experience for both singers and audiences.
Expand our reach through community partnerships, special events, and creative outreach strategies. As we grow, we want to stay rooted in the region we serve.
Prepare for Carnegie Hall and ensure our 25th anniversary and 2025–26 season reflect the strength of our story and the scale of our national debut. Travel, repertoire, and logistics require planning—and support—well in advance.
When you support Chorale Coeur d’Alene, you’re not just helping us cover costs—you’re helping us say yes:
Yes to excellence.
Yes to growth.
Yes to bringing the best of choral music to life—right here in the Inland Northwest.
Why Now?
This is our 25th anniversary season. A moment of celebration and expansion. We’re not in crisis, we are building momentum. With your help, we can rise to meet this exciting chapter and build toward the next 25 years of inspiring performances, meaningful community engagement, and a thriving choral tradition.

Legacy Giving
Leave a musical legacy by including Chorale CDA in your estate plans. Planned gifts help ensure our chorus continues to grow for future generations.
Give Through a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD)
If you are age 70½ or older, you may be eligible to make a gift to Chorale Coeur d’Alene directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) using a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).
A QCD allows you to:
Transfer funds directly from your IRA to a qualified charity
Count that gift toward your annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) if you are age 73 or older
Exclude the gift amount from your taxable income—potentially lowering your overall tax bill
Because the distribution goes directly to the charity, you are not assessed income tax on the amount donated. This can be especially helpful if you do not itemize deductions on your tax return.
To make a QCD gift, contact your IRA administrator and request that the distribution be sent directly to:
Chorale Coeur d’Alene
174 E Neider Ave PMB 295
Coeur d’Alene, ID 83815
EIN 82-1579018
Your financial advisor or tax professional can help determine if a QCD is the correct giving option for you. By this method, you can support the music you love while enjoying a meaningful tax benefit.
