If you have any difficulties with the ticketing process, or if you have booked tickets for one showing of a concert but then need to exchange them for the next/previous day, please email Webmaster@ChoraleCdA.com
Ticket purchases are not normally considered charitable donations and are thus not normally tax-deductible, except as noted below.
Chorale Coeur d'Alene Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Chorale CdA will issue refunds only at its discretion for circumstances such as, but not necessarily limited to: incorrect double-charges, event cancellations by Chorale, or website glitches/outages. You will receive notice of refunds issued in such cases; if additional details are ever required, please contact the webmaster.
If you purchase individual concert tickets, yet later find that you will be unable to attend, we encourage you to give the tickets to friends or family, as tickets are fully transferrable. You may also request that the individual ticket purchase be instead converted to a tax-deductible charitable donation; Chorale Coeur d'Alene is a non-profit organization under IRS 501(c)(3) EIN42-1579018. Refunds are not offered for ticket purchases except as noted above.
Chorale Coeur d'Alene reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at its discretion. Any changes to this policy will be communicated through our official mailing lists that all ticket purchasers are automatically subscribed to. If you unsubscribe from the mailing list, please visit the Chorale website to receive updates.
